Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There are clinical manifestations or signs of meningitis, encephalitis or cerebrospinal meningitis; 2. Cerebrospinal fluid properties suggest inflammatory reaction; 3. Complete the detection of tNGS, mNGS and related traditional microbial culture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused lumbar puncture or had lumbar puncture contraindications; 2. Patients with tumor, autoimmune encephalitis and rheumatic immune diseases; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Other patients not suitable for inclusion in the study.
