Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 45; 2. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of MCI and SCD in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment, and the specific quantitative threshold is as follows: the subjective cognitive function reported by participants or insiders decreases within one year; MMSE score > 24 (primary school: > 20; illiterate: > 17); MoCA score < 26 points (if the length of education <= 12 years, add 1 point to the total score), ADL score < 26 points; 3. Those who have no visual, audio or oral dysfunction, have informed consent and are willing to cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious nervous system diseases, stroke, cerebral infarction, etc; 2. People with serious mental disorders; 3. Participate in any cognitive training in the past six months
