Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Advanced luminal cancer, and tumors grow within the lumen, and lost chance of surgery; Luminal cancer with recurrence and metastasis, and obstruction resulted from tumor blockage; Patients with no response to chemotherapy and immunotherapy; Patients with clinically confirmed luminal cancer, including: bladder cancer, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, ovarian cancer and cervical cancer; Above 18 years old; No serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; Good compliance and willing to cooperate with sample collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have severe comorbidities, such as malnutrition, cachexia, ascites; Patients who have coagulopathy, and other blood diseases; Majority of tumors are invasive carcinoma; Patients with systemic metastasis; Pregnant or lactating women; Patient were also accompanied with multiple organ tumors or severe uncontrolled medical disease or acute infection; Patients dont understand the purpose of this study or dont agree with requirements for the study; Patients who lack of legal capacity or limitation of legal capacity; Patients who are not willing to cooperate in sample collection; Patients who have related medical history which could interfere results and increase risk of patients.
