Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require implant restoration due to trauma or endodontic lesions that prevent the upper anterior teeth from being retained; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. The bone plate on the labial side is intact and the thickness is >=1 mm; 4. The root of the tooth is located in the alveolar bone and is suitable for immediate implantation; 5. Sufficient bone volume on the palatal and apical sides of the extraction socket to meet the initial stability of the implant; 6. No deep periodontal pockets larger than 3 mm and no apical lesions larger than 1 cm in diameter in the tooth to be extracted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Deep overlap; 2. Poor periodontal condition or uncontrollable after treatment; 3. Systemic or localized diseases that may affect postoperative healing or osseointegration; 4. Patients with poor compliance to treatment.
