Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of PSCI, MoCA score = 21 points; 3. Failure to meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia in the fourth edition of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV), with a clinical dementiarating (CDR) score of 0.5; 4. The condition is stable and able to cooperate with the completion of fNIRS testing; 5. For the first time, the duration of the disease is between 2 weeks and 6 months; 6. Aged 50-85 years old; 7. At least 6 years of education; 8. Have not received acupuncture and rehabilitation in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Impaired consciousness, severe vision, hearing and language impairment, and those who cannot complete other health assessments; 2. There are other brain diseases (multiple sclerosis, brain tumors, etc.); 3. Cognitive impairment caused by other reasons, such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), dementia with Lewy bodies, etc.; 4. Previous medical history of depression, or history of alcohol, drug abuse or dependence [diagnostic basis refers to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual: Mental Disorders (DSM-IV)]; 5. Those with previous history and family history of epilepsy, epileptic seizures and febrile convulsions; 6. People with paraferromagnetic metal implants in their bodies, such as cochlear implants, heart stents, pacemakers and dentures; 7. Combined with tumors, serious organ, endocrine system and other diseases; 8. Those who did not complete the test due to intolerance due to other reasons.
