Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It is planned to retrospectively analyze the patients with medullary thyroid cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital (West China Hospital of Sichuan University) from 2012 to 2022. According to the previous data retrieval, there are about 340 people. At the same time, the clinical data of other matched types of malignant tumors, including thyroid papillary carcinoma (1000 cases), thyroid follicular carcinoma (119 cases), thyroid undifferentiated carcinoma (70 cases), and thyroid benign adenoma (1000 cases). Clinical data the medical records, examination results, pathological results, etc. of all patients are collected through the his system and scientific research platform, and the clinical characteristics of patients are summarized through the analysis of clinical data, so as to provide information support for the next research and analysis of the survival status of patients; 2. The pathological sections of medullary thyroid carcinoma (340 cases), papillary thyroid carcinoma (1000 cases), follicular thyroid carcinoma (119 cases), undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma (70 cases), benign thyroid adenoma (1000 cases) and normal thyroid tissue (1000 cases) in our hospital from 2012 to 2022 need to be transferred.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The clinical data is incomplete and effective contact information cannot be obtained; 2. Patients or family members are unwilling to participate or do not cooperate; 3. Patients or family members whose mental and intellectual abilities cannot complete the questionnaire; 4. Pathological specimens cannot meet the experimental needs.
