Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old = grade 1).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In a quiet state, respiratory rate > 35 times/min, SpO2 = 180 mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg, fasting blood sugar >= 16.7 mmol/L; 3.BMI > 35 kg/m2; 4. Acute myocardial infarction or other acute cardiac events occurred within one month; 5. Severe heart disease, aortic dissection, malignant tumor, active bleeding and other diseases that are not suitable for exercise; 6. History of spinal surgery, spinal structural deformity (scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis), spinal stenosis and other spinal diseases; 7. Conditions that may limit the participant's ability to exercise (such as severe orthopedic or neurological dysfunction, etc.); 8. Participants without access to an Internet-enabled device at home were excluded.
