65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Patients who undergo elective laparoscopic-assisted gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious diseases of cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, kidney or central nervous system; 2. Cognitive dysfunction or delirium existed before operation; 3. History of dementia or mental illness; 4. Currently using sedatives, antidepressants or corticosteroids; 5. Alcoholism and drug dependence; 6. Difficulty in follow-up or poor compliance (such as aphasia, blindness, etc.); 7. Combined with experimental drug contraindications.
