Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent laparoscopic vertical (sloraleve) gastrectomy under general anesthesia through video laryngoscope for oral endotracheal intubation in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College. The inclusion criteria were: body mass index (BMI) >= 30 kg/m2, ASA II-III, age 18 -60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Body weight > 150 Kg (not suitable for Marsh model propofol target-controlled infusion); 4. Patients with difficult airway; 5. Those who are allergic to general anesthetics or lidocaine; 6. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 7. Recently used drugs that affect the sympathetic adrenergic system or hemodynamics; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Persons with neuropsychiatric disorders.
