Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA ?-?, age 18-50 years old ; 2. Body mass index (BMI) of obese patients >= 30 kg/m^2, non-obese patients 18 kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 25 kg/m^2; 3. Did not participate in the clinical trials of other drugs 2 weeks before and after the trial; 4. No other factors affecting drug metabolism; 5. Be able to read and understand the content of informed consent form and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to lidocaine and anesthetics; 2. Serious heart and lung diseases; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Long-term use of cimetidine, ß -blockers and other drugs affecting lidocaine metabolism; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Have a history of epilepsy.
