65 Years to 84 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Hospitalization time >= 3 days; 3. Elective surgery; 4. Barrier-free communication; 5. Physical condition suitable for assessment; 6. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with depression or cognitive impairment (MMSE < 20 points); 2. Persons with infectious diseases who need to be isolated (such as tuberculosis, AIDS, hepatitis A, etc.); 3. People with low immune function who need protective isolation (such as leukemia, etc.); 4. Patients with multiple metastases or chemotherapy alone; 5. Those who are transferred or discharged without treatment; 6. Exploratory laparotomy for multiple metastases found during surgery; 7. Sudden deterioration of the condition cannot be evaluated (such as sudden coma, mental disorder with agitation or risky behavior, multiple organ failure and systemic infection, etc.).
