Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the 2012 Moyamoya disease guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan, digital subtraction angiography (DSA) or magnetic resonance angiography (magnetic resonance angiography, MRA) has the following findings: the end of the internal carotid artery or the origin of the anterior cerebral artery and/or middle cerebral artery Stenosis or occlusion at the beginning; during angiographic arterial phase, abnormal proliferative moyamoya vascular network can be found near the occlusion or stenosis of diseased blood vessels; 2. Stable stroke patients, without acute or subacute cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, at least 3 months from the last cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Have not received extracranial or extracranial vascular reconstruction before; 5. Patients fully understand the nature and content of the research, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has been treated with oral statins for a long time; 2. The patient is treated with long-term oral steroids; 3. Acute or subacute cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Hypersensitivity to statins or their components; 5. Abnormal liver function; 6. Uncontrolled hepatitis and other liver diseases, and other diseases that may interfere with the research; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Meningitis, autoimmune disease, multiple neurofibromatosis, Down syndrome, craniocerebral trauma, intracranial tumor, radiation injury and other underlying diseases that may cause smog phenomenon need to be excluded; 9. Participate in another study of a different experimental treatment at the same time; 10. Poor compliance and unable to successfully complete the test.
