Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic cough: (1) 18 years old <= age <= 70 years old, male or female; (2) Cough is the main symptom, the course of cough is more than 2 months and there is no obvious abnormality in chest imaging examination; (3) Subjects clearly understand the purpose of the research, are willing and able to comply with the requirements to complete the research, and sign the informed consent; 2. Healthy control group: (1) Healthy volunteers from our hospital staff and medical students, all with no history of allergic reaction, non-smoking, and no recent history of respiratory tract infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other interventional clinical research in the past 30 days; 2. Have been treated with oral and nasal inhaled hormones, oral hormones, antihistamines, and leukotriene regulators within two weeks; 3. Had upper respiratory tract infection and fever within four weeks; 4. Diagnosed or suspected pulmonary infection; 5. Diagnosed or suspected tuberculosis; 6. Diagnosed or suspected lung cancer; 7. Severe mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment and follow-up.
