Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People aged 10-17 years with a high risk of AIS in Shenzhen were included in the study group according to the gold standard of AIS diagnosis (X-ray measurement of Cobb Angle >= 10°); 2. According to the presence or absence of genetic background, the groups with genetic background and without genetic background were included. According to the characteristic analysis of pedigree map, the patients were included in the single disease group with normal parents, multiple diseases group with normal parents, single twins and multiple twins group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete genetic background information of the family; 2. Serum samples were missing or did not meet the test requirements; 3. The diagnosis of adolescent scoliosis is not clear.
