Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of early-onset hypoovarian function; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Informed consent, and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The person caused by ovarian local operation; 2. Cancer patients, ovarian dysfunction caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Ovarian dysfunction caused by taking hormones, immunosuppressants and other drugs; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Patients who could not be treated according to the treatment plan in this study.
