Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old, ASA grade II - III; 2. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of "Diagnostic Criteria for Primary Lung Cancer (2018 Edition)" and is diagnosed as lung cancer. It is planned to perform video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia; 3. 28 debilitating indexes (FI) were selected for evaluation, and patients with FI=0.25 were required; 4. Can understand and sign the informed consent form, and cooperate to complete the intervention and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the drug ingredients in this study; 2. Participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before being selected for this study; 3. Distant metastasis was found in patients; 4. Coagulation dysfunction, unsatisfactory anesthesia level, and unsuitable for nerve block operation; 5. History of nervous system disease or mental illness, and history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 6. Taking neuroanalgesic drugs for a long time because of the history of chronic pain caused by other diseases; 7. Serious visual or hearing diseases, unable to communicate effectively.
