Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sepsis patients, aged 18-80 years, with map >= 65 mmHg but heart rate >= 95 bpm after adequate fluid resuscitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years old; 2. Patients with underlying cardiac insufficiency or structural heart disease; 3. Patients with tumors and autoimmune diseases; 4. Those who died within 24 hours after admission; 5. Patients who have received cardiopulmonary resuscitation before admission; 6. Those who have used ß-blockers for a long time in the past; 7. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or severe asthma; 8. ECG shows II°-III° atrioventricular block; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. Those who do not cooperate with treatment and have incomplete information.
