40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years old; 2. Meet the criteria for diagnosing acute exacerbation of COPD in the GOLD guidelines; 3. Willing to participate in sports; 4. Can complete the walk test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form; 2. People with cognitive impairment; 3. Complications affecting rehabilitation treatment, such as visual impairment, acute cardiovascular events (myocardial embolism or infarction), musculoskeletal system diseases (fractures), nervous system diseases (myasthenia gravis), and mental system diseases (schizophrenia) , advanced tumors, etc.
