Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer who have undergone surgical treatment without metastasis or spread; 2. The age is between 18 and 75 years old; 3. The cognitive function was normal and the reading ability was good; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of antidepressant use or other psychotherapy; 2. Combined with serious physical diseases and organic brain diseases; 3. Combined with other malignant tumors; 4. Use of immunosuppressants, antibiotics, and chemotherapy drugs in the past 21 days; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. Patients with poor compliance and unable to cooperate; 7. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
