Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (2007 Edition); 2. 2 points <= K-L score <= 3 points; 3. Age 45 ~ 75 years old; 4. Consent to this study and sign the informed consent form. The inclusion criteria of osteoarthritis subjects met 1 - 4; The inclusion criteria of the control group met 3 and 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee infection, tumor, tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout and other diseases; 2. Patients with serious medical diseases; 3. Cognitive impairment; 4. BMI >= 28; 5. Previously received total knee arthroplasty or tibial osteotomy; 6. And / or physical therapy within 30 days before the start of the study.
