Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for group AB: (1) The residence address is Changsha City, Hunan Province, the age is between 20-65 years old, male or female, and the BMI does not exceed 28kg/m^2; (2) Participated in a half marathon or full marathon and can complete the half marathon within 3 hours (the average heart rate does not exceed 70% of the maximum heart rate); (3) Running more than 3 times a week on average, with an average weekly running volume of more than 20 km; (4) The running venue has been an asphalt road or a professional plastic track in the past one year; (5) No obvious knee joint pain in the past 1 month and the total score of the knee joint KOOS score is greater than 190 points; (6) Subjects can understand the purpose of the research, show sufficient compliance with the research protocol, and sign the informed consent; 2. Group C inclusion criteria: (1) Residential address is Changsha City, Hunan Province, age between 20-65 years old, BMI 6 hours; (4) There is no history of severe trauma or surgery on both lower limbs (including knee joints), and there is no obvious knee joint pain in the past 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious medical diseases such as unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, renal insufficiency, liver insufficiency, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, combined with nervous system diseases, metabolic diseases such as hypertension grade 2 and above, diabetes blood glucose does not meet the standard, etc; 2. Severe trauma of hip and ankle and history of surgery; 3. Have a history of repeated falls in recent 3 months (more than 3 times); 4. Participated in cross-country running or mountain running within half a year; 5. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
