Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, = 50 kg, female weight >= 45 kg, body mass index (BMI) in the range of 19.0-26.0 kg/m2; 3. Vital sign examination, physical examination, clinical laboratory examination (blood routine, urine routine, blood biochemistry, blood transfusion four items, coagulation, pregnancy test (female), drug screening, etc., abdominal B-ultrasound, 12-lead electrocardiogram results within 3 months Those who show no abnormality or abnormality without clinical significance; 4. Agree to participate in the research, and voluntarily sign the informed consent and agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics have been used within the past 2 months; 2. Those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases (including existing ones) within 3 years, including chronic or active upper gastrointestinal diseases such as dysphagia, esophageal diseases, gastritis, duodenitis, ulcers, peptic ulcers or active gastrointestinal bleeding or gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Diseases with abnormal clinical manifestations that need to be excluded, including but not limited to nervous system, cardiovascular system, blood and lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, immune system, kidney, liver or metabolic disorders or mental and other system diseases; 4. Positive pregnancy test results for women who may be pregnant; pregnant or lactating women, women of childbearing age who have unprotected sex with their partners within 14 days before the test; 5. Subjects with smoking history; 6. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumors, mental diseases and obvious cognitive impairment; 7. People with physical allergies and a history of allergy to traditional Chinese medicine; 8. Participants in other trials within the past 3 months; 9. According to the investigator's judgment, the possibility of enrollment is low or the compliance is poor; 10. Use microecological probiotic preparations within the past month, including health foods such as probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics.
