Control group:routine care
Experimental group:On the basis of routine care, the intervention group formulated a telephone follow-up plan based on empowerment theory, and implemented telephone follow-up intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent, voluntary participation; 2. On the second day after successful coronary stent implantation and in stable condition; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Normal consciousness, able to communicate effectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with coronary artery bypass grafting, malignant tumor or failure of vital organs; 2. During the intervention period, patients whose condition worsened and were re-admitted to hospital; 3. Those who have recently encountered other major stressful events; 4. Those with a history of mental illness; 5. Those who cannot be followed up or are unwilling to cooperate after being discharged from the hospital.
