Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patient is >= 18 years old, the past is healthy, and there is no complaint of systemic disease; 2. There are teeth that are hopelessly preserved due to severe alveolar bone destruction caused by severe chronic periodontitis; 3. After extraction of the affected tooth, the alveolar bone in the extraction socket is resorbed to 1/2 of the root and below, and the remaining height is >= 3 mm; 4. There is at least one adjacent tooth; 5. The patient has good compliance, after complete periodontal basic treatment, the plaque index of the whole mouth is less than 20%, and the BOP% of the whole mouth is less than 25%; 6. Agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infection of the affected tooth or adjacent teeth; 2. Female patients are pregnant or lactating; 3. Taking drugs that affect platelet or bone regeneration within 3 months; 4. Those with a history of head and neck radiation therapy and uncontrolled systemic diseases; 5. Heavy smokers, smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day.
