Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fifty adolescent patients, aged 12-18 years, with no gender limitation, were selected for elective posterior scoliosis orthopedics, ASA grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac arrhythmia; cardiac insufficiency; contraindications for arterial puncture and internal jugular vein puncture; abnormal coagulation indicators; internal jugular vein imaging is unclear on ultrasound examination.
