Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years old; 2. Patients requiring stellate ganglion block; 3. Sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The interocular difference in pupil diameter was greater than 0.5 mm in subjects with physiological pupil heterogeneity; 2. Ophthalmic diseases: cataract, glaucoma, retinal exfoliation, and ophthalmic surgery within one year. Eye drops that affect the size of the pupil; 3. Neurological disorder: diabetic neuropathy, spinal cord injury; 4. Cardiovascular disease:recent myocardial infarction and pathological bradycardia ; 5. Taking sympathetic nervous system medications, epinephrine or epinephrine, sympathetic nervous system, stimulants, anticholinergics, tricyclic antidepressants, alpha and beta blockers, monoamine oxidase inhibitor; 6. Abnormal anatomy of the neck. Common contraindications to local anesthetics include cellulitis of the upper extremity, local septicemia, and severe coagulopathy.
