Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ulcerative colitis confirmed by colonoscopy and histology and disease stage in remission of symptoms and mild-to-moderate activity, as assessed by the modified Mayo score system, with a score of >=3 or HBI <=4; 2. Patients diagnosed for more than 6 months; 3. Have at least one smart phone and be skilled in mobile phone operation; 4. Volunteer and accept the randomized trial, and sign the study informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with cognitive disorders and language communication disorders; 2. Patients who are participating in, or within one year have participated in, other clinical studies or psychotherapy; 3. Patients with severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or other serious diseases affecting their survival; 4. Women who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, breast-feeding women; 5. Received hormone therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Patients with severe malnutrition, vegetarianism, severe partial eating or obvious special dietary needs due to religious beliefs.
