Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal children, children with primary nephrotic syndrome, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PNS patients with other organ diseases; 2. Abnormal renal function (eGFR < 90 ml/min.1.73m^2); 3. A history of gastrointestinal surgery, receivedantibiotic, probiotics and immunosuppressant treatmentin the previous 2 months.
