45 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 45-64 years old; 2. ASA I-III level; 3. Cardiac valve replacement under CPB; 4. The informed consent form has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cerebrovascular, epilepsy and other central nervous system diseases, endocrine or metabolic disorders; 2. History of dementia, neurological or psychiatric diseases caused by various reasons; 3. There is a language barrier, severe hearing or visual impairment, and a history of alcoholism; 4. Currently using opioids, glucocorticoids or other hormones, and sedatives for treatment.
