Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of patients in the experimental group: (1) No age limit, no gender limit; (2) Patients diagnosed with chronic GVHD according to the 2014 US NIH criteria for more than 100 days after allogeneic transplantation; (3) The underlying disease is stable, without progression or recurrence; (4) No active or chronic infection; 2. Inclusion criteria for patients in the control group: (1) No age limit, no gender limit; (2) Patients who have not developed chronic GVHD for more than 100 days after allogeneic transplantation; (3) The underlying disease is stable, without progression or recurrence; (4) No active or chronic infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients in the experimental group: (1) The underlying disease progresses or recurs; (2) active or chronic infection; 2. Exclusion criteria for patients in the control group: (1) Clinical or biopsy-proven chronic GVHD manifestations; (2) Active or chronic infection occurs.
