Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men between the ages of 22 and 45 years (including 22 and 45); 2. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine male infertility and mild to moderate asthenozoospermia, and have these two diagnoses at the same time; 3. The TCM syndrome is consistent with the syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence; 4. 2 consecutive semen routine abnormalities; 5. Married, have regular sex life; 6. Those who have not received similar drug treatment or other therapies within 2 weeks before the study; 7. Understand the research content, give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a family history of genetic diseases; 2. The woman suffers from infertility-related diseases 3. Allergic constitution and severe drug allergy history; 4. Patients with active infection; 5. Suffering from serious cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, diabetes and other basic diseases; 6. Patients with mental disorders; 7. Patients who have long-term heavy smoking and drinking habits, or are exposed to high temperature, radiation, and toxic chemical environments, but cannot change or give up; 8. Subjects who participated in other drug clinical trials or interventional studies within 1 month before the study; 9. Patients with gonadal dysplasia, testicular atrophy, retrograde ejaculation or non-ejaculation, Y chromosome microdeletion, hypogonadism, cryptorchidism, chronic epididymitis, spermatic tract obstruction, varicocele above II degree, urogenital with obvious symptoms tract infection, etc.; patients with reproductive organ surgery history, trauma history, affecting reproductive function; patients taking anti-epilepsy, anti-tumor and other drugs that hinder sperm production and sperm motility; 10. Single diet or partial eclipse; 11. The patient’s combined medication: such as health care products, other traditional Chinese medicine decoctions containing prescription decoction pieces, etc.
