Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 70 years old; complete health checkup in outpatient clinic or ward; be able to cooperate with completing questionnaires and have communication skills; voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe mental illness; acute coronary events, malignant arrhythmia, severe infection, and major surgery within the past 6 months; end-stage disease, life expectancy < 1 year.
