Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 bipolar disorder type ?/?, and are currently in the onset of the disease; 2. Age 18-45 years old; 3. Written informed consent to this study; 4. Sufficient audio-visual skills to complete the necessary examinations in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases that seriously affect rhythm and cognitive function: dementia, stroke, hyperthyroidism, traumatic brain injury, etc.; 2. Conditions that seriously affect rhythm and cognitive function: night shift > 1 week/time, work across time zones, pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.; 3. Combined with severe psychoactive substance abuse; 4. High risk of impulsiveness, hurting others, and self-injury; 5. Received electroconvulsive therapy within six months.
