Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First onset, the operation is traditional open operation; 2. Papillary thyroid carcinoma was confirmed by paraffin pathology after operation; 3. The clinical and pathological data are complete, including the general situation and classification of cervical lymph nodes before operation in our hospital, the description data of cervical enhanced CT and cancer. Unilateral and bilateral foci, maximum diameter of tumor, number of unilateral cancer foci, capsule invasion, extraglandular tissue infiltration and lymph node metastasis in central area. Metastasis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, nodular goiter, neck lymph node dissection and lymph node metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases of secondary surgery; 2. Postoperative pathology confirmed other types of thyroid cancer, or papillary thyroid cancer combined with other types of thyroid cancer (follicular thyroid cancer, medullary thyroid cancer, anaplastic thyroid cancer); 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Previous history of radiofrequency ablation of the thyroid gland, neck surgery, and trauma.
