65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Estimated operation time >= 1 h; 5. Non-cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment and delirium before operation; 2. Patients with central nervous system diseases, mental abnormalities or psychological disorders before operation; 3. Those who cannot complete the neuropsychiatric function test before operation; 4. Those who are allergic to esketamine; 5. Severely abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Those who are unwilling to participate in this research.
