Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Injury of peripheral joints (knee joint and ankle joint) (chronic injury); 2. Poor postoperative recovery (patients feel unsatisfactory, poor range of motion, decreased ability to control joint movement, decreased ability to adjust body posture and balance during exercise).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma, infection, tumor, severe osteoporosis and deformity; 2. Serious medical diseases, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction and severe immune diseases; 3. People with mental disorders and incompatibility.
