Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed ALL/MPAL according to the World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria; 2. Age at first visit <= 365 days; 3. Obtain written informed consent from parents or legal guardians in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mature B-ALL (sIgM+); 2. Recurrent ALL/MPAL; 3. Age at first visit > 365 days; 4. Down's syndrome, or congenital and genetic diseases accompanied by organ dysfunction; 5. Those with known potential congenital immunodeficiency or metabolic disease; 6. Congenital heart disease with cardiac dysfunction; 7. Received glucocorticoid therapy for more than 14 days within one month before inclusion in this study, or received other chemotherapy for more than 7 days (any previous treatment will be recorded in the database); 8. Exclusion criteria for Bellinto's course of treatment: CD19-negative B-ALL; T-ALL; T and myeloid double-expression MPAL.
