18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study; 3. Orthopedic elective surgery; 4. Correct understanding and filling in or answering the questionnaire content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of mental diseases, such as schizophrenia; 2. Patients with swallowing dysfunction; 3. Patients with oral dryness; 4. Patients with oral sensory disturbance; 5. Patients with communication disorders; 6. Patients with cognitive impairment.
