Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients in the emergency surgery room of our hospital, no gender limit, and aged 18-75 years; 2. Patients classified by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) as class I to III; 3. No gastrointestinal underlying diseases (related diseases affecting gastric emptying), no drugs affecting gastrointestinal function within 24 hours; 4. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in urgent need of rescue; 2. Patients with Crohn's disease or gastrointestinal or other important organ dysfunction in the past, patients with gastrointestinal surgery in the past, pregnant women, patients with vomiting before the visit, and patients unable to take the 45 degrees semi-decumbent position; 3. Patients with central nervous system diseases and mental diseases; 4. Patients who can't communicate properly; 5. The investigator did not consider it appropriate to participate in the clinical trial.
