Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with NEN by pathological immunohistochemistry (CgA, Syn, CD56, Ki67) were diagnosed with G1/G2 neuroendocrine tumors with Ki-67 labeling rate (=50x10^9 /L, HGB >=9.0g/dL; (2) Liver function: TBIL=28g/L, ALP<=5xULN; (3) Renal function: Cr<=1.5xULN, urinary protein < 2+; (4) Coagulation function: INR and APTT<=1.5xULN, PT no more than 3 seconds above the upper limit of normal control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are qualified for surgical resection after multidisciplinary discussion; 2. Patients with a Ki-67 marker rate (>20%) or mitogram number (>20/10HPF) diagnosed with G3 NET or even NEC; 3. Patients with clinical symptoms requiring drainage of pleural fluid, ascites, pericardial effusion or history of hepatic encephalopathy; 4. Patients with central nervous system metastasis; 5. Severe bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 6. History of arteriovenous thromboembolism events within the past six months, including myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cerebrovascular accident or one-time ischemic attack, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis or any other severe thromboembolism; 7. Uncontrolled hypertension, systolic blood pressure > 140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 90mmHg after treatment, history of hypertensive crisis or hypertensive encephalopathy; Severe infections that are active or poorly controlled clinically; 8. Strong allergy to iodized oil or history of anaphylactic shock related to embolism; Patients with hepatorenal function or other contraindications who cannot tolerate hepatic arterial embolization.
