Age
18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endometriosis, under the age of 40 years in principle, may relax the age limit according to ovarian reserve function and personal will; 2. Patients at high risk of POI due to primary disease and treatment; 3. Can tolerate laparoscopic or open ovarian tissue sampling surgery; 4. Informed consent signed by the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Low ovarian reserve function, POI had occurred before cryopreservation; 2. Ovarian malignant tumor, or ovarian metastasis suspected by imaging; 3. The patient was in poor physical condition and could not tolerate the operation of sampling ovarian tissue.
