Personalized acupuncture group:Acupuncture Zusanli and Fenglong points on both sides to Deqi state
Quantitative acupuncture group:Acupuncture Zusanli and Fenglong points on both sides, and perform fixed manipulation and quantitative stimulation on each point

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in DSM-V (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition); 3. Rule out secondary schizophrenia through consultations, physical examinations and laboratory tests; 4. Taking antipsychotic drugs for more than one year; 5. Central obesity (WC>=90cm[male] or >=80cm[female]); 6. Both the patient and the patient's guardian sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No Chinese or Western drugs or acupuncture treatment for central obesity had been received at least 1 month before enrollment; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Have organic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; 4. Patients with other diseases affecting their mental state (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, stroke, painful joint disease, severe mental disease, tumor and other physical diseases); 5. Family history of metabolic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia; 6. Patients with acupuncture dizziness and other intolerances; 7. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, or with other serious diseases of the system; 8. Patients who do not receive treatment according to regulations, cannot determine the efficacy or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy and safety evaluation.
