Femoral triangle block group (FTB):The femoral triangle block should be perfected preoperatively

30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical indications consistent with TKA and elective surgery; 2. American College of Anesthesiologists Grade ?-?; 3. Aged 30 to 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney (NYHA>=?; Copd patients lung function >=? grade; Liver function Child-Pugh grade B, C; Renal function grading eGFR 1.5 times the normal value or INR > 2.0, preoperative platelet count < 50x10^9/L); 5. Patients with contraindications to local anesthetic drugs.
