Fructose sodium diphosphate post-treatment group:FDP (2.4g/L) was added to the infusion solution every 30min after the first infusion of cardioplegia solution
Normal saline control group:Added equal volume normal saline

18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade II or III; 2. Patients undergoing elective valve replacement surgery; 3. Aged 18-59 years, no gender limit; 4. BMI 18.5-23.9kg/m^2; 5. Voluntary signatories of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hypertension; 2. Patients with bradycardia (heart rate < 55 beats/min) and hypotension; 3. Allergic to FDP and anesthetics; 4. History of coronary heart disease; 5. Long-term users of analgesics, sedatives, depressants, and adrenergic receptor antagonists and agonists; 6. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. Patients with pulmonary insufficiency.
