Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The rotator cuff injury was diagnosed after orthoposterior radiography of shoulder joint and MRI examination of shoulder joint; 2. The course of disease was >=4 weeks and < 12 months; 3. The patient did not receive surgical treatment; 4. The patient's heart, kidney, lung and other important organs function well, no blood system diseases; 5. No analgesics have been used in the past half a month; 6. All patients signed informed consent; 7. Aged 25-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment and mental illness; 2. Patients with cardiac pacemaker installation; 3. Patients with shoulder metastasis of malignant tumor; 4. Patients in pregnancy; 5. Patients with local tendon rupture and severe injury; 6. Shoulder joint pain caused by cervical spondylosis, joint tuberculosis and mediastinal disease; 7. Osteoporosis; 8. Previous history of shoulder joint surgery.
