Group S:After general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation, 0.5% 3mL ropivacaine was injected around the internal branches of the superior laryngeal nerve under the guidance of ultrasound
Group C:General anesthesia and endotracheal intubation were performed

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Class ?~?. 2. Women aged between 18 and 70 years. 3. Intracranial aneurysm (subarachnoid hemorrhage) with or without subarachnoid hemorrhage was diagnosed based on the results of cerebral CTA, MRI and cerebral angiography combined with the clinical manifestations and signs of the patients. 4. Interventional embolization under general anesthesia is required. 5. Hunt-Hess Level 0-II. 6. Patients or family members agree to the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with underlying airway difficulties (Mallampati level 3 or 4) or difficulty intubating; 2. Have asthma or chronic cough; 3. Preoperative Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) was lower than 13 or had significant dyskinesia; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Allergy to any drugs used in the study protocol or other contraindications for superior laryngeal nerve block.
