18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time cadaver kidney transplant; 2. Gender is not limited, ASA classification ?~?, aged 18 ~ 65 years, BMI18 ~ 30 kg/m^2; 3. Regular preoperative dialysis treatment; 4. Able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to sign informed consent and strictly follow the clinical study protocol to complete this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from liver, mental and nervous system diseases; 2. Coagulopathy, heart failure, respiratory failure; 3. Long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Unable to communicate and cooperate.
