Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patients aged between 40 and 75 years; 3. Patients with Kellgren-Lawrence Grade I ~ III of joint degeneration radiology; 4. Those who agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with exudative synovitis of knee joint, rheumatoid arthritis, joint rheumatism, gout, acute trauma, metabolic bone disease, tumor of knee joint, tuberculosis, suppurative arthritis and other joint diseases; 2. The joint space is significantly narrow or the joint is formed by bone bridge connection and presents osteotonic; 3. Patients who took non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoids and other drugs in the last 1 week to affect the efficacy evaluation; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction and psychosis; 5. Patients who have not been treated according to the regulations and cannot determine the efficacy.
