Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dual-energy X-ray bone mineral density examination: minimum bone mineral density T-value of lumbar spine, femoral neck or total hip <=2.5. 2. Any one of the symptoms in the TCM symptom grading scale of osteoporosis is present and the score is moderate or above. 3. TCM syndrome differentiation is ''deficiency of kidney Yang syndrome''. 4. Aged 50-80 years. 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary osteoporosis (unstable primary disease). 2. Patients with mental diseases or cognitive dysfunction. 3. Received anti-osteoporosis drug therapy within 3 years of study inclusion for at least 6 months. 4. Patients with allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study. 5. Significantly abnormal liver and kidney function (indication: AST or ALT>=2.5 times the upper limit of normal, eGFR<=60ml/min.1.73m^2). 6. History of tumors, heart, brain, kidney and other serious organ diseases (except thyroid and early breast cancer). 7. The patient's symptoms, such as low back pain, are caused by causes other than osteoporosis. 8. The researcher believes that the patient is not suitable to participate in this study.
