Helicobacter pylori

Interventions

Group 1:amoxicillin-vonoprazan (L-VA) dual therapy consisted of 1000 mg amoxicillin capsules twice daily and 20 mg VPZ Fumarate Tablets twice daily for 14 days
Group 2:1000 mg amoxicillin capsules twice daily+Furazolidone 100mg twice daily+bismuth potassium citrate granules 600mg twice daily+vonoprazan 20mg twice daily for 14 days

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive Helicobacter pylori-infected subjects aged from 18 to 70 years without eradication history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to amoxicillin or vonora; 2. Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, gastric cancer or other tumors, Z-E syndrome, history of gastrectomy; 3. Serious illness; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Take proton pump inhibitors or antibiotics for one month; 6. Not agreeing to participate in the study.
